Dii’s Ensemble x Adidas

Adidas is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures sports clothing and accessories based in Bavaria, Germany. Adidas is the holding company under which there are brands like Reebok , TaylorMade-Adidas golf company , Rockport, and ownership 9.1% of FC Bayern Munich. Adidas is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Germany and Europe and the second biggest sportswear manufacturer in the world.

Adidas had humble beginnings like most Multinationals today. Christoph Von Wilhelm Dassler was a worker in a shoe factory, while his wife Pauline ran a small laundry in the Bavarian town close to the city of Nuremberg. When their sons (Adi and Rudi) returned from fighting in World War I, they started producing shoes in their mother’s wash kitchen. In July 1924, they started their business called Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik (Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory), which prospered. The turning point was in the 1936 Summer Olympics when Adi Dassler convinced US sprinter Jesse Ownes to use one of their spikes for his race. Following Owen’s haul of four gold medals, the reputation among the best sportsmen in the world for the Dassler shoes became really high. Business boomed. The name Adidas was coined. And the inevitable success followed.

For this outfit, I went for a very laid back and casual look. Days which require me to run a lot of errands always have Sneakers included in the outfit. Why the fluffy sweater? Well, its obvious isn’t it? Christmas is round the corner, its soft, extremely warm and comfortable. Oh and, “it’s so fluffaaay i’m gonna die!!” Gotta love cutie Agnus from Despicable me.

If you would like to get more random hugs from your loved ones (and perhaps strangers, the fluffly-ness tempts) this holiday season, having one of these jumpers is a must for your winter wardrobe.

Have an amazing Sunday everyone .

Bisous my dears..until the next post!
